Under the Engagement Report on left hand side menu bar is is where you will find a Summary of your Engagement scores, eNPS score, Response rate, Driver analysis and Heat Map.
Note: A minimum of three submissions are needed in order to display scores.
In addition, you have the ability to view and export your survey reports.
Overall Engagement Score
When you click on this tab, you will see your Overall Engagement Score out of 10. It is an aggregated rolling 60-day weighted average score based on responses from each member on their pulse surveys, mapped to our 14 Key Engagement Drivers.
Below your overall score, you will see the individual scores of each of the 14 drivers and how they have changed over time. These scores are aggregated from the questions asked in the Engagement Survey related to each Main driver and its sub drivers. You can see a quick visual snapshot of where your team is shining, some areas for focus, and the variation of each driver.
Response Rate
The response rate shows the numbers of active members submitted at least one pulse during the past 7 days / 30 days / 60 days according to filter selected.
Share Team Insights
We recommend sharing the results of the Engagement Report at both the Organization and Team levels, to build trust and provide transparency. Administrators have the option to share the overall Engagement Reports with the entire Organization, and Team Managers can share their teams' overall Engagement Reports.
By enabling team visibility, the members of the team or organization will be able to see the results under their view, by clicking on their respective team.
What they will see:
- Overall Engagement Scores and graphs
- Drivers scores
- eNPS score
What they will not see:
- Response rate
- Question results
- eNPS history
- Feedback
View Breakdown & Charts
For details on all of the drivers and their historical data, click on the blue 'View Details' button below the Drivers to view all of the drivers, or click on any of the drivers will direct you to the more detailed analytics.
There are different charts below the drivers list that show how the drivers have done historically. You can choose a time frame from the drop-down menu to see how they have done in that time period. The scores will not change, but you will be able to see how they have changed over time.
Scroll down to see a chart that shows how each of the 14-key drivers have changed over time. The chart also includes data for 3-4 related sub-drivers. For example, we can see that the "Peer Relationships" metric is broken down into 2 sub-drivers: Quality and Friendship.
Questions Details
If you want to see the questions that are mapped calculate the driver scores, click on the 'See Related Questions' button.
In this view, you can see each question and the breakdown of how it has been answered.
If you hover over the results, on the bar you'll see the breakdown of the responses by percentage.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
You will find an overview of your Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which is a simple way to track loyalty and satisfaction for your organization. It measures the likelihood of whether an employee would be willing to recommend your organization as a great place to work, and is an important part of the Engagement Metrics.
You can view the real-time history and distribution breakdown by clicking on the "View eNPS history" button.
Heatmap
Here you can see how different teams are doing by looking at their engagement drivers on the Heatmap. The different colors represent different levels of engagement, with
0-4 Red
5-6 Yellow
7-10 Green
