Manager Dashboard-Direct Reports Goal Summary

As the manager, you have access to a "Manager Dashboard" which will help you better manage and monitor the performance of your direct reports.

 

Direct Reports Goal Summary

• The total number of active goals will be shown here. The goals will be further categorized according to their status. This includes "On Track", "Delayed" and "Off Track". 
• If there are no active goals from your direct reports at the moment, it will show 0

 

View Last Updates

You can see when each of your direct reports last updated their goals by clicking on "See you direct reports last update". This function will be unavailable if there are no active goals.

On the weekly check-in tab, you can see:

• Check In: The direct report has recently updated his/her goal
• Not Yet: The direct report has not updated his/her goal . A tooltip icon will appear after the direct reports name to remind you to follow up with him/her.

Insight. Will trigger based on the follow rules:
 - If you have more goals that are Off Track than On Track or Delayed, then your total number of goals is off track.
 - If you have more goals that are Delayed than On Track or Off Track, then your total number of goals is delayed.
- Both of these conditions can happen at the same time.
