As a manager, in addition to requesting feedback for yourself, you can also request feedback for your direct reports from anyone in your organization.
Requesting Feedback for a Direct Report
To request for a feedback, first click on the "Praise & Feedback" section of the left menu. Then, press the tab that says "let's give praise our feedback to our teammates!" to open the "Create Praise & Feedback" page. Then select the "Request Feedback" tab to request for feedback.
Remember to select the "Request Feedback" tab to perform this action.
Fill out the relevant details:
- Request Feedback From:
Who should I ask for feedback?
Look for their names from the drop down or directly type their names or emails on the search tab. You can select multiple people to request feedbacks. - Visibility: Choose the visibility
Type of Visibility Who can view the feedback Private and Manager The sender, recipient and recipient's direct manager Manager Only The render and the recipient's manager - The Feedback is on: The recipient of this feedback. From the drop down, you will see the names of you and your direct reports. You can only choose one recipient at a time, if you want to request feedback for a few people, you should make separate requests.
- Message: Leave some message to make your request more specific.
Click the "Send Feedback Request" to send your request and a pop-up window will inform you that you have 'successfully requested feedback'.
