Quokka HR will automatically generate the org chart once you have set up your members and defined their manager relationships. This org chart connection is generated based on the reporting lines between the primary manager and his/her direct reports and indirect reports.
Users can view the org chart via the 'Home' or "View Profile" page. Click into "view in org chart" which is beneath the manager section.
If admins wish to make some change to the org chart, they can go to Admin Settings>Users, find the specific user that they would like to edit.
If the user has a manager, make sure you fill it out in the manager box. Alternatively, if the user is a top level management with no direct manager (i.e. CEO, Business Owner, Co-founder etc), be sure to tick the box. Finally, click "Update" to save the change.
