Welcome to Quokka HR!
Quokka is an employee performance and engagement platform designed to keep your people productive and engaged by bringing together OKR Goal Management, Praise, Feedback, Review and Pulse survey all together in one place.

To get started, you will first want to learn about the navigation flows that you have access to in Quokka:
- The "Employee Home" Page
- The "Manager Home" Page
- The "Admin Home" Page
You can learn how to navigate between these pages here.
Step 1: Set up your Company's Detail:
Start by entering the company name, company email domain, and website.
Step 2: Finish setting up your Organization on Quokka
To set up your organization, keep navigating the tabs under the "Admin Settings" page.
- Invite your members: Invite and add users to your organization. As an admin, you have the rights to add/edit/deactivate users at any time.
- You can mass create users by downloading the csv template, fill them out and upload back to the system.
- Add Department (Optional): You can create departments here to fit your organizational structure. You can add teams that fall under the department. For smaller organizations, you can skip this step and Add Teams instead.
- After adding the Department, right click on the hamburger menu to "Set up department Head"
- Add Team: You can create teams, add/edit team members, and add team head here (right click on hamburger menu next the team).
- Attributes: Add company attributes that define the values of your company. The attributes will show up when an user give praise and feedback
- Clearing Data: Once you are ready, you can clear your dummy data.
